Read the retailer’s description

The description below is the retailer’s own wording.

The L’Écu vineyard prides itself on being pioneering, having been certified organic since 1975 and biodynamic since 1998. It has eschewed all technological intervention in the cellar to break with the trend towards standardisation in winemaking and preserve the link between each of its cuvées and its terroir and vintage. Orthogneiss is an elegant wine with notes of exotic fruits, white flowers and dried fruits. It pairs beautifully with Breton lobster and sweet potato purée with star anise.
