The talented winemaker, Fabrice Gripa, puts his signature to this high flying Saint-Joseph! This single-parcel vintage originates in the locality known as Paradis à Mauves, one of the best terroirs in the Saint-Joseph appellation. The 24 months of ageing in barrels and 500-litre barrels, known as demi-muids, lend it a remarkable complexity and depth. The black fruit aromas combine with the spices and minerality of the terroir. The wine expresses a great finesse and unparalleled elegance. With some time in a decanter, this wine will develop wonderfully to offer us all the joys of a great Saint-Joseph!
Evidence boundary
This page combines the recorded bottle identity with linked source records. An exact region-name match supplies regional context but does not prove that this bottle carries the protected designation. A vineyard is only shown as bottle-level evidence when a wine-to-vineyard link exists. BottlePicker does not infer a vineyard, soil or site climate from a retailer title.
