Source-supplied bottle description
Retained as supporting identification copy; the structured facts and evidence links above are kept separate.
Parés Baltà have been farming their Penedès estate organically for years, and the Indígena Garnatxa is one of their most characterful expressions: a pure, unadorned Garnacha that wears its Catalan roots proudly. The name says it all: indigenous, local, unapologetically itself. It's made to be drunk with pleasure and without ceremony, capturing the kind of bright, herb-flecked red-fruit energy that Garnacha does so well when it's not pushed too hard. We find it vivid and slightly wild, with dried thyme and crushed raspberry giving way to a palate that's light on its feet but not thin. The tannins have a pleasing, almost granular texture, and the finish stays fresh. Drink it slightly cool.
Evidence boundary
This page combines the recorded bottle identity with linked source records. An exact region-name match supplies regional context but does not prove that this bottle carries the protected designation. A vineyard is only shown as bottle-level evidence when a wine-to-vineyard link exists. BottlePicker does not infer a vineyard, soil or site climate from a retailer title.
