The wine

Pasqua 11 Minutes Rosé 2025 Wine (75cl) is recorded as a 2025 rose wine made from Corvina and Syrah in Veneto, Italy.

Typical grape profile: Corvina — Sour cherry and almond, the backbone of Valpolicella (and, dried, of Amarone); Syrah — Blackberry, pepper, smoked meat; structured and age-worthy. The finished bottle can differ with vintage and winemaking.

Growing-temperature context

For general cultivar-level heat guidance, see the Corvina and Syrah growing profiles. BottlePicker does not apply a generic range to this bottle without a verified vineyard link.

Official geographic-register context

What the official register confirms about Veneto

BottlePicker found an exact region-name match in an official wine or spirits register. This establishes useful regional context; it does not by itself prove that this particular bottle is entitled to the designation. Check the producer label and specification for that claim.

Cellar for up to 4 years. Serve chilled. This delicate Italian rosé is named after the very brief 11 minutes that the grape skins spend in contact with the juice. The short maceration helps extract the gorgeous pale pink hue as well as enticing aromas and floral hints. The juice is then cooled and fermented in stainless steel tanks to lock in plenty of freshness and pure varietal character. It’s left to age on the lees for 3-4 months and then bottled in early spring. Crafted from the local Corvina and Trebbiano grapes along with Syrah and Carmenere, this is an elegant and balanced rosé that’s ideal for enjoying as an aperitif or pairing with leafy summer salads, fresh seafood, sushi and grilled fish. On the nose there are attractive notes of citrus, cherry, and ripe berries while the palate offers plenty of ripe red fruit and a pure, clean finish. The creators of this rosé are the Pasqua family who have been involved in the Italian wine trade for three generations. The winery was first founded in 1925 in Verona, and since then the family have dedicated themselves to creating delicious and great value wines from both local and international grape varieties.

Evidence boundary

This page combines the recorded bottle identity with linked source records. An exact region-name match supplies regional context but does not prove that this bottle carries the protected designation. A vineyard is only shown as bottle-level evidence when a wine-to-vineyard link exists. BottlePicker does not infer a vineyard, soil or site climate from a retailer title.
