Champagne Pierre Mignon is a prestigious family-owned Champagne house based in Le Breuil, in the renowned Marne Valley. With vineyards spanning the Marne Valley, Côte des Blancs, and Épernay, Pierre Mignon produces premium Champagne celebrated for its fresh, vibrant character and meticulous craftsmanship. The estate combines modern facilities with traditional hand-harvesting techniques to ensure each bottle reflects the quality and character of its diverse terroirs.
Winemaking
The press and fermentation facilities, covering 2,500 m², are ultra-modern, air-conditioned, and thermo-regulated. Grapes are carefully blended, and the wines are aged for at least 36 months before release. The dosage is 8 g/L, contributing to a perfectly balanced and refined style. Tasting Note A crisp, well-balanced Champagne with citrus hints on the nose, overlaid with brioche and subtle yeastiness. The palate is fresh, clean, and lively, featuring a creamy mousse and a long, elegant finish. Viticulture The 14-hectare vineyard spans the Marne Valley, Côte des Blancs, and Épernay, benefiting from a diversity of terroirs that produce high-quality, characterful grapes. Plantings are predominantly Pinot Meunier (80%), with Chardonnay (10%) and Pinot Noir (10%). All grapes are hand-harvested to preserve their quality and expression. Food Matching Excellent with mushroom-based appetizers, sushi, or other light seafood dishes.

Evidence boundary
This page combines the recorded bottle identity with linked source records. An exact region-name match supplies regional context but does not prove that this bottle carries the protected designation. A vineyard is only shown as bottle-level evidence when a wine-to-vineyard link exists. BottlePicker does not infer a vineyard, soil or site climate from a retailer title.
