Source-supplied bottle description

There's no need to introduce you to this emblematic Alsace estate, which converted to organic farming in 1997 in order to respect the environment, the terroirs and the development of biodiversity in the vineyards. Their desire to produce great wines is once again demonstrated with this pretty Pinot Gris, which will grace all your festive tables thanks to its candied and smoky aromas. These aromas mingle with a generous structure on the palate, with plenty of freshness on the finish. It is the limestone soils of the Bollenberg hillside that give this cuvée its freshness, creating an incredibly well-balanced wine!

Evidence boundary

This page combines the recorded bottle identity with linked source records. An exact region-name match supplies regional context but does not prove that this bottle carries the protected designation. A vineyard is only shown as bottle-level evidence when a wine-to-vineyard link exists. BottlePicker does not infer a vineyard, soil or site climate from a retailer title.
