This dazzling cuvée is made on the slopes of Graacher Himmelreich, a terroir extremely well known for producing Germany's finest wines. Molitor's Haus Klosterberg Pinot Noir offers a beautifully clear bouquet, fresh and pure yet fragrant with delicate cherry and red fruit aromas intertwined with slate finesse and hints of toast. Round and juicy on the palate, this is a fine yet intense and balanced Pinot with a long, juicy finish of cherry flavours carried by fine tannins and slate-like salinity. The wine was aged in used barrels for 15 to 16 months and bottled unfiltered. A great Pinot Noir on a par with Burgundy's finest reds!
Evidence boundary
This page combines the recorded bottle identity with linked source records. An exact region-name match supplies regional context but does not prove that this bottle carries the protected designation. A vineyard is only shown as bottle-level evidence when a wine-to-vineyard link exists. BottlePicker does not infer a vineyard, soil or site climate from a retailer title.
