Pol Roger Brut Réserve is a classic Champagne that immediately charms with aromas of white flowers, crisp green apple, brioche, and a subtle mineral edge. The palate is bright and fresh, with stone fruits, a gentle nuttiness, and just a touch of honey rounding out the lively acidity. Bottles destined for the UK get an extra six months’ ageing after disgorgement, making them beautifully ready to drink on release - though a few years in the cellar will add even more depth and complexity. The cuvée is crafted from 30 base wines drawn from a wide range of vineyards, vintages, and the region’s three main grape varieties. Pinot Noir (from villages in the Montagne de Reims) brings structure and depth; Chardonnay (from Épernay and the Côte des Blancs) adds elegance and finesse; while Pinot Meunier (from the Vallée de la Marne) contributes freshness and charm. Around 25% reserve wines are included, with the blend aged four years before release.
Evidence boundary
This page combines the recorded bottle identity with linked source records. An exact region-name match supplies regional context but does not prove that this bottle carries the protected designation. A vineyard is only shown as bottle-level evidence when a wine-to-vineyard link exists. BottlePicker does not infer a vineyard, soil or site climate from a retailer title.
