Source-supplied bottle description

Vinified in lagares, according to the centuries-old tradition of the Douro Valley, the Ports of Quinta da Côrte represent the most perfect expression of the schist terroir, making their tasting an exceptional moment. This high-class Tawny seduces with the complexity of its aromas: a medley of currants, liquorice, cinnamon, candied citrus fruits, coffee, cashews and caramel. Its soft and harmonious palate, with beautiful fullness, develops the same complexity. Tasty, balanced and fresh, it evolves into a long, rich and clean finish. Ready to drink, it pairs well with goat's cheese toasties as an aperitif. It is equally delicious with sweetbreads or a chicken tagine with candied lemons. For dessert, it can be served with praline chocolate cakes or coffee cream puffs.

Evidence boundary

This page combines the recorded bottle identity with linked source records. An exact region-name match supplies regional context but does not prove that this bottle carries the protected designation. A vineyard is only shown as bottle-level evidence when a wine-to-vineyard link exists. BottlePicker does not infer a vineyard, soil or site climate from a retailer title.
