Les Plessys! Taking the name of a climate that evokes that of a notable rich province, this Pouilly-Fuissé bears the comparison well. At ease in all environments thanks to its broad start on the palate supported by beautiful aromas of ripe peach and roasted pineapple. Gifted with a long arm that reflects its mineral finish, and that brings outstanding balance to the ensemble. Designed with no fear of the most difficult palate when faced with a plate of snails. Undoubtedly one of the finest representatives of an appellation with a quiet strength.
Evidence boundary
This page combines the recorded bottle identity with linked source records. An exact region-name match supplies regional context but does not prove that this bottle carries the protected designation. A vineyard is only shown as bottle-level evidence when a wine-to-vineyard link exists. BottlePicker does not infer a vineyard, soil or site climate from a retailer title.
