Source-supplied bottle description
Retained as supporting identification copy; the structured facts and evidence links above are kept separate.
The Colle Sant'Antonio is obtained only with Garganega grapes, prepared in the vineyard using a special technique where the bunches of grapes cut. The result is a beautifully complex wine with characters of exotic and baked fruits. Dusty florals give way to incense, exotic spice, white smoke and dried apricots as the 2020 Soave Classico Colle Sant'Antonio slowly evolves in the glass. Silken in feel, it communicates both opulence and refinement, as polished orchard fruits are complemented by nuances of confectionary spice and an air of chamomile resonates. The 2020 cleans up beautifully despite its power and depth while leaving a tactile mineral crunchiness that lingers long.
Evidence boundary
This page combines the recorded bottle identity with linked source records. An exact region-name match supplies regional context but does not prove that this bottle carries the protected designation. A vineyard is only shown as bottle-level evidence when a wine-to-vineyard link exists. BottlePicker does not infer a vineyard, soil or site climate from a retailer title.
