Nestled in the heart of Manduria, in Italy’s Puglia region, Produttori di Manduria has a long-standing tradition of crafting exceptional wines from native grape varieties. Specialising in whites from Fiano and Fiano Minutolo, the estate combines vibrant fruit, bright acidity, and expressive aromas. Zin Fiano is a standout example, reflecting the character and elegance of Manduria’s terroir.
Winemaking
Fermentation is temperature controlled at 18°C, and the wine is aged in stainless steel vats to preserve its delicate aromas, vibrant freshness, and natural minerality. Tasting Note Bright straw yellow in colour, Zin Fiano opens with intense aromas of peach, melon, herbs, and pine. The medium-bodied palate is ripe and warm, with zesty acidity and a soft, fresh finish. A pleasant floral note lingers beautifully, highlighting the wine’s elegance and balance. Viticulture Grapes are picked from 20-year-old espalier-trained vines at the end of August to early September, yielding around 90 quintals per hectare. Food Matching Pairs wonderfully with fish and shellfish, as well as lighter meats such as chicken, pork, and veal.

Evidence boundary
This page combines the recorded bottle identity with linked source records. An exact region-name match supplies regional context but does not prove that this bottle carries the protected designation. A vineyard is only shown as bottle-level evidence when a wine-to-vineyard link exists. BottlePicker does not infer a vineyard, soil or site climate from a retailer title.
