Meet the Producer
Pyros Wines was founded with the vision of showcasing the singular character of the Pedernal Valley, one of Argentina's most distinctive viticultural areas. The estate is part of the Salentein Family of Wines and is recognised for its commitment to sustainability, precision viticulture and minimal intervention winemaking. Each wine reflects the valley's extreme altitude, pure air and limestone-rich soils, resulting in remarkable structure and longevity.
Production
Grapes are hand-harvested from Block No. 4 of the Pyros Vineyard. After careful selection, fermentation takes place in small stainless steel tanks with regular pump-overs to extract colour and fine tannins. The wine is then aged for 12 months in French oak barrels (50% new), followed by an additional 6 months of bottle ageing before release.

Evidence boundary
This page combines the recorded bottle identity with linked source records. An exact region-name match supplies regional context but does not prove that this bottle carries the protected designation. A vineyard is only shown as bottle-level evidence when a wine-to-vineyard link exists. BottlePicker does not infer a vineyard, soil or site climate from a retailer title.
