The description below is the retailer’s own wording.
Thanks to its cool microclimate and poor, limestone soils at high altitude, the Ventoux is an exceptional terroir for white wines. Château Pesquié’s Quintessence Blanc is the living embodiment of this: its elegance, richness and complexity make it a fine wine of the region. The golden colour gives way to a beautiful floral nose, with notes of exotic fruits and spices. On the palate, it is beautifully balanced between roundness, freshness and structure. The finish is intense with rich aromas. Superb!
