Retained as supporting identification copy; the structured facts and evidence links above are kept separate.
Recioto La Roggia is obtained after a long drying process lasting 110 days in a fruit dryer from the best grapes on the La Roggia vineyard, hand-picked on the slopes of Monte Sausto in San Pietro. The berries lose 42% of their initial weight, with an increase in sugar content. The wine is aged in barrels for 24 months and then matured in the bottle for 6 months. The result is a refined, rich and enveloping red 'passito'. A tour de force, with 120 grams of residual sugar, balanced by dense tannins and taut acidity. A tempting, meditative dessert wine.
Evidence boundary
This page combines the recorded bottle identity with linked source records. An exact region-name match supplies regional context but does not prove that this bottle carries the protected designation. A vineyard is only shown as bottle-level evidence when a wine-to-vineyard link exists. BottlePicker does not infer a vineyard, soil or site climate from a retailer title.
