Source-supplied bottle description

Retained as supporting identification copy; the structured facts and evidence links above are kept separate.

Made from 40-45-year-old Gamay vines on granite slopes, this Moulin-à-Vent is harvested at night to preserve the freshness of the grapes. Its semi-carbonic maceration in whole bunches, followed by ageing in concrete vats, gives it a velvety texture and a refined structure reminiscent of Pinot Noir. On the nose, aromas of black cherry, wild strawberry, violet and fine spices enchant the palate. The palate is rich and elegant, with supple tannins, a lingering saline finish and expressive freshness. A vibrant, complex and already seductive wine, to be enjoyed now or kept for a few years.

Evidence boundary

This page combines the recorded bottle identity with linked source records. An exact region-name match supplies regional context but does not prove that this bottle carries the protected designation. A vineyard is only shown as bottle-level evidence when a wine-to-vineyard link exists. BottlePicker does not infer a vineyard, soil or site climate from a retailer title.
