The description below is the retailer’s own wording.

Drink it now or cellar for up to 15 years. No need to decant, but best to open it an hour before service. Located in Meursault in the venerated Burgundy wine region, Domaine Remi Jobard is a small family estate spanning approximately 8 hectares of vineyards, including some high-altitude plots in Meursault and several 1er cru parcels. The estate has been certified organic since 2011. The Chardonnay grapes come from a small parcel of less than half a hectare adjacent to the 1er Cru Gouttes d'Or. Here, the vines, over 30 years old, are grown according to organic farming standards and rooted in chalk-rich soil. After harvest, fermentation occurs with indigenous yeasts. The finished wine rests half in barrique and half in foudre before aging for 6 months in stainless steel and bottling. In the glass, Remi Jobard Meursault En Luraule reveals a yellow color with greenish highlights. Its aromatic profile is broad and fragrant, with fruity notes of citrus and plums, white flowers, and a few vegetal nuances. On the palate, it is fresh and concentrated, juicy and lively, with a refreshing acidity and a long finish with light saline and mineral notes. It is very versatile when paired with food: it goes well with Dover sole and swordfish, mac & cheese, and roast chicken with Provençal herbs.
