On the banks of the Fiumorbu, azurite, a rare stone from Ghisoni, characterises this unique red wine. Unpretentiously seductive, elegant and supple, Rocc'Azura Red is designed for Corsican bistronomy and convivial moments. Made from Sciaccarellu, Grenache and Minustellu, with vines around 20 years old, it is harvested by hand in the morning and vinified in tulip-shaped concrete vats with 12 months' ageing on lees. The result: a structured, fruity wine with integrated tannins, notes of red fruit, spices and minerality. It pairs perfectly with roasted meats, grilled dishes or confit.
Evidence boundary
This page combines the recorded bottle identity with linked source records. An exact region-name match supplies regional context but does not prove that this bottle carries the protected designation. A vineyard is only shown as bottle-level evidence when a wine-to-vineyard link exists. BottlePicker does not infer a vineyard, soil or site climate from a retailer title.
