The Ninot estate is a family affair, with coopers and winegrowers spanning generations since the 14th century. Today, Erell and Flavien Ninot are at the helm of the estate in Rully, which has been in the process of converting to organic farming since 2017. Hailing from the prestigious Grésigny climat, at the heart of the Rully 1er Cru appellation, this 2024 Blanc brilliantly expresses the richness of the clay-limestone terroir of the Côte Chalonnaise. Its pale gold colour with sparkling highlights is followed by a subtle nose blending white flowers, ripe citrus fruits and a hint of butter. On the palate, the attack is lively, balanced by a lovely roundness and a briny finish that lingers delightfully. A distinguished and indulgent 1er Cru, ideal for lovers of characterful whites to be served now or laid down for a few years in the cellar a must-have for your finest dining occasions!
Evidence boundary
This page combines the recorded bottle identity with linked source records. An exact region-name match supplies regional context but does not prove that this bottle carries the protected designation. A vineyard is only shown as bottle-level evidence when a wine-to-vineyard link exists. BottlePicker does not infer a vineyard, soil or site climate from a retailer title.
