Source-supplied bottle description

The Sabina cuvée is produced on a unique terroir, in the heart of a Natura 2000 protected natural area, at an altitude of 300 metres, from old Grenache and Carignan vines. The Clos del Rey plots are the highest in the commune of Maury, which partly explains the surprising freshness of the wines, on a terroir better known for its natural sweet wines. On tasting, Sabina reveals itself through a full, voluminous palate that coats the palate, supported by particularly silky tannins. The result is a very juicy, lively red, with a lovely harmony of freshness, spice, fruit and roundness.

Evidence boundary

This page combines the recorded bottle identity with linked source records. An exact region-name match supplies regional context but does not prove that this bottle carries the protected designation. A vineyard is only shown as bottle-level evidence when a wine-to-vineyard link exists. BottlePicker does not infer a vineyard, soil or site climate from a retailer title.
