The vineyard of Saint-Romain, nestled at the foot of its high cliff, occupies an exceptional place within the vineyards of the Côte de Beaune. The climat of Sous le Château is one of the most prestigious in the appellation, combining aromas of white flowers and yellow fruits, with a perfect balance of mineral notes. This cuvée, from the renowned Henri and Gilles Buisson estate, has a lively, floral bouquet with hints of mirabelle plum and honeysuckle. The palate is well balanced with good acidity, lots of energy and delicate apricot notes. This is a delicious Saint-Romain to discover and rediscover!
Evidence boundary
This page combines the recorded bottle identity with linked source records. An exact region-name match supplies regional context but does not prove that this bottle carries the protected designation. A vineyard is only shown as bottle-level evidence when a wine-to-vineyard link exists. BottlePicker does not infer a vineyard, soil or site climate from a retailer title.
