Source-supplied bottle description
Retained as supporting identification copy; the structured facts and evidence links above are kept separate.
Nicolas, a third-generation winegrower, took over the family estate in 2008. This 100% Sauvignon blanc cuvée comes from vines grown in the clay-limestone soil typical of the Sancerre region. This white wine expresses aromas of exotic fruits and honey. The palate is full and balanced by a lot of freshness. The finish is very smooth with some delicate spicy notes. A very fine Sancerre to discover, which will go perfectly with white meat dishes as well as seafood platters.
Evidence boundary
This page combines the recorded bottle identity with linked source records. An exact region-name match supplies regional context but does not prove that this bottle carries the protected designation. A vineyard is only shown as bottle-level evidence when a wine-to-vineyard link exists. BottlePicker does not infer a vineyard, soil or site climate from a retailer title.
