A crisp and vibrant Sancerre from chalky clay ‘terres blanches’ soils, offering refreshing citrus notes and a stony minerality.
Meet the Producer
Domaine Roblin is based in the small village of Maimbray, just north of Sancerre, managing 19 hectares of vineyards with sustainable practices, and organic methods where possible.
Production
The wine is made from the family’s Terres Blanches vineyards. Grapes are hand-harvested early to preserve freshness, cool-fermented in stainless steel, and aged on their lees for 5 months to enhance texture and complexity.
Tasting Notes
Vibrant green apple and citrus aromas lead into a complex palate with ripe citrus, grapefruit notes, and a pronounced stony minerality. The finish is long, clean, and refreshing. Food match Pairs beautifully with shellfish, white fish, goat cheese, or fresh summer salads. Grape Sauvignon Blanc 100%
Evidence boundary
This page combines the recorded bottle identity with linked source records. An exact region-name match supplies regional context but does not prove that this bottle carries the protected designation. A vineyard is only shown as bottle-level evidence when a wine-to-vineyard link exists. BottlePicker does not infer a vineyard, soil or site climate from a retailer title.
