Brilliant pale light yellow. Slightly reserved on attack with delicate fruitiness, gentle peach stone, citrus, Passion fruit, herbs and physalis. Very mineral and wonderful pure on palate, with long lingering flavors and soft acidity. Well balanced and integrated.Outstanding with duck, goose and turkey, as well as rich seafood such as lobster and monkfish. Also delicious with blue cheeses. You need a long attention span for this one, but if you give it that, then it richly repays you. This wine
Evidence boundary
This page combines the recorded bottle identity with linked source records. An exact region-name match supplies regional context but does not prove that this bottle carries the protected designation. A vineyard is only shown as bottle-level evidence when a wine-to-vineyard link exists. BottlePicker does not infer a vineyard, soil or site climate from a retailer title.
