The “Dion” Blanc de Blancs Sekt from Weingut Seckinger embodies a radical and precise vision of sparkling wine. Sourced from a very chalky plot and produced as a brut nature (without dosage), it boasts a pure, unadorned style where every detail counts. The nose reveals a delicate complexity, with notes of flint, citrus zest and yellow apple, alongside more developed hints of dried fruit, almond and light brioche. A slightly herbaceous and salty dimension reinforces this sensation of controlled freshness. On the palate, the attack is crisp, driven by acidity and a taut structure. The bubbles, very fine thanks to a long ageing on lees, bring a delicately creamy texture that contrasts with the wine’s rigour. The overall impression remains precise and briny, with a long, structured and perfectly defined finish. A Sekt of the highest precision, both demanding and vibrant, which offers a contemporary take on the great terroir-drivena sparkling wines.

Evidence boundary

This page combines the recorded bottle identity with linked source records. An exact region-name match supplies regional context but does not prove that this bottle carries the protected designation. A vineyard is only shown as bottle-level evidence when a wine-to-vineyard link exists. BottlePicker does not infer a vineyard, soil or site climate from a retailer title.
