Source-supplied bottle description

Retained as supporting identification copy; the structured facts and evidence links above are kept separate.

The flagship sparkling wine of Valdo, a historic Prosecco and Spumante producer based in Valdobbiadene, Origine Brut is crafted from a rigorous selection of white grapes, harking back to the origins of Prosecco, when the use of Glera grapes was less strictly regulated. Produced according to a winemaking recipe passed down through the generations (the extended Charmat method and bottle ageing), this traditional sparkling wine offers a delicate, fruity bouquet with aromas of orange blossom, green apple and lime. Lively and harmonious on the palate, it has a subtle almond flavour and a lingering effervescence, perfect for social occasions. The smooth finish is delightful from aperitif to dinner, or in a refreshing summer cocktail, garnished with strawberries, for example (Rossini).

Evidence boundary

This page combines the recorded bottle identity with linked source records. An exact region-name match supplies regional context but does not prove that this bottle carries the protected designation. A vineyard is only shown as bottle-level evidence when a wine-to-vineyard link exists. BottlePicker does not infer a vineyard, soil or site climate from a retailer title.
