The description below is the retailer’s own wording.

The Zotzenberg Grand Cru, located in Mittelbergheim, is planted on south-facing marl-limestone soils that allow the Sylvaner grape variety to express itself with precision. This historic terroir gives the wines a natural freshness, a light structure and a characteristic minerality. The Domaine Boeckel, certified organic, cultivates its vines with care to preserve the grapes' aromatic expression. The harvest is carried out by hand, and traditional winemaking methods ensure that the fruit and the terroir's distinctive character are respected. This vintage is characterised by a dry, lively wine, displaying aromas of white flowers and fresh fruit, combined with a distinct mineral backbone. The palate is balanced and structured, with a lingering finish.
