Tabali Talinay Vineyard Sauvignon Blanc is a truly distinctive white wine from one of Chile's most extraordinary terroirs. Sourced from a single coastal vineyard in the Limari Valley , just 12km from the Pacific Ocean, this is Sauvignon Blanc of exceptional freshness, minerality, and precision, unlike anything else from the New World.
Why You'll Love It
Established in 2002, Vina Tabali is a pioneering estate in the Limari Valley, one of Chile's most exciting and geologically unique wine regions. Working in partnership with Boutinot , Tabali has become a benchmark producer for cool-climate, terroir-driven wines that challenge expectations of what Chilean wine can be. Winemaker Felipe Muller brings meticulous precision to every release, and the Talinay vineyard is his finest canvas. Vineyard and Production The Talinay vineyard sits on an ancient marine terrace just 12km from the Pacific Ocean, where a constant cool sea breeze keeps temperatures significantly lower than the rest of the valley. Maximum summer temperatures reach just 23.5 degrees, allowing harvest two to three weeks later than other coastal areas in Chile. The vineyard is planted in highly porous, fractured limestone soils, a geological phenomenon unique in Chile, which act as a hydric regulator and an extraordinary source of calcium carbonate, lending the wines their signature minerality. Fermentation takes place in small stainless steel tanks at very low temperatures to preserve all the freshness, fruit, and aromatic intensity of the fruit. Vegan and vegetarian friendly.

Evidence boundary
This page combines the recorded bottle identity with linked source records. An exact region-name match supplies regional context but does not prove that this bottle carries the protected designation. A vineyard is only shown as bottle-level evidence when a wine-to-vineyard link exists. BottlePicker does not infer a vineyard, soil or site climate from a retailer title.
