Tabalí Tatié Brut is a refined, non-vintage sparkling wine from the Limarí Valley, created in collaboration with Champagne Thiénot. Sourced from the Talinay vineyard, where calcareous soils meet the region’s cool coastal climate, this sparkling wine showcases remarkable minerality, elegance, and finesse. Crafted under the guidance of Felipe Muller and Thiénot’s winemaking team, it expresses the unique terroir of Limarí with persistent, delicate bubbles and a bright, balanced character.
Meet the Producer
Established in 2002, Viña Tabalí is a pioneering winery on the edge of the Atacama Desert, celebrated for terroir-driven wines that reflect the distinctive character of northern and central Chile.
Production
Made from 60% Chardonnay and 40% Pinot Noir grapes hand-harvested from the Talinay vineyard, the fruit is picked into 20kg bins and gently whole-cluster pressed to preserve aromatic purity and avoid harsh phenols from the Pinot Noir. The juice is settled for 18 hours before fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks at 14–16°C, followed by malolactic fermentation. Reserve base wines from different vintages are blended to ensure consistent style. Secondary fermentation is carried out in the bottle using the traditional method at 13°C, with 30 months on lees to develop complexity and finesse. Disgorgement and the addition of liqueur d’expédition achieve perfect balance.
Tasting Notes
Pale yellow in colour, this sparkling wine displays an elegant, austere, and complex nose, with pronounced mineral notes complemented by subtle hints of yeast and bread. On the palate, it is crisp and vertical, with fine, persistent bubbles and balanced acidity, delivering freshness, precision, and elegance in every sip. Food match Perfect as a celebratory toast or an aperitif.

Evidence boundary
This page combines the recorded bottle identity with linked source records. An exact region-name match supplies regional context but does not prove that this bottle carries the protected designation. A vineyard is only shown as bottle-level evidence when a wine-to-vineyard link exists. BottlePicker does not infer a vineyard, soil or site climate from a retailer title.
