A real gem from Domaine Liravel, one of the smallest in the appellation, this Tavel 2024 by Dauvergne and Ranvier is a gastronomic rosé with a strong personality. Grown on an exceptional terroir combining rolled pebbles, marl and clay, it draws all its richness from organically-farmed vines. Harvested by hand and vinified with precision, it reveals an intense garnet-red colour and a bewitching nose with notes of ripe red fruit, spices and delicate flowers. Partial barrel ageing gives it great depth, while its full, well-balanced palate reveals superb freshness and an elegant finish. Luscious and structured, this organic Tavel is the ideal companion for grilled meats, Mediterranean dishes and spicy cuisine. With an ageing potential of 3 to 5 years, it promises unforgettable tasting moments.

Evidence boundary

This page combines the recorded bottle identity with linked source records. An exact region-name match supplies regional context but does not prove that this bottle carries the protected designation. A vineyard is only shown as bottle-level evidence when a wine-to-vineyard link exists. BottlePicker does not infer a vineyard, soil or site climate from a retailer title.
