The description below is the retailer’s own wording.
First planted on the winery's estate in the 1870s, this heritage grape is what put The Terraces on the map, and with one sip you will know why. Deep purple in color, the 2023 Zinfandel features aromatics of vanilla, black cherry, mission fig, and uniquely distinct baking spices, especially that of cloves. The elegant palate is complex with ripe flavors of blueberry, black currant, black cherry, and baked plum. The finish carries through with hints of nutmeg, cinnamon, black pepper, and juniper with a long, bright, mouth-watering finish. Blend: 94% Zinfandel, 6% Petite Sirah
