Official geographic-register context

What the official register confirms about Veneto

BottlePicker found an exact region-name match in an official wine or spirits register. This establishes useful regional context; it does not by itself prove that this particular bottle is entitled to the designation. Check the producer label and specification for that claim.

Drink it now or cellar for a few years. No need to decant before serving. Tinazzi’s domain spans from the shores of Lake Garda in the northeast to Taranto, the red hot heel of the Italian boot. It’s a family business traversing three generations, founded in 1968 by Eugenio Tinazzi, and now run by his son Gian Andrea, who is joined by his two children, Giorgio and Francesca. While the nexus of the Tinazzi empire can be found in Lazise, Veneto, Tinazzi is a winery in a state of constant growth. They own several estates and cellars throughout Veneto and Puglia, and more recently, they have expanded to Tuscany. This Pinot Grigio comes from the beautiful shores of Lake Garda, brimming with yellow fruits, tropical hints of melon, and a mild citrus taste. A fresh bouquet of peach, yellow apple, exotic pineapple, and white flowers emerges from the beginning - this is not a wine for aging, it should be enjoyed now, in its youth. This vintage is elegant and smooth, with a long finish that envelopes the tastebuds in its delightfully fresh flavours. It will work well as an aperitif or with a main course, accompanied by a starter such as focaccia, or any sort of seafood main.

Evidence boundary

This page combines the recorded bottle identity with linked source records. An exact region-name match supplies regional context but does not prove that this bottle carries the protected designation. A vineyard is only shown as bottle-level evidence when a wine-to-vineyard link exists. BottlePicker does not infer a vineyard, soil or site climate from a retailer title.
