Made exclusively from Listán negro, a centuries-old indigenous grape variety characteristic of the Canary Islands, this wine is grown on the volcanic and limestone soils of Lanzarote and aged for 22 months in oak barrels. On the nose, it offers smoky and spicy notes, enhanced by floral undertones. On the palate, its aromas of crisp red berries lend it length and balance. The tannins are present yet silky, and the velvety texture flows with elegant fluidity, embodying the freshness and minerality characteristic of this unique viticulture in the open sea. Fresh and light, the Jable de Tao Tinto 2022 is a delight to savour from the very first sip, offering a unique olfactory and gustatory experience, reflecting the terroir from which it originates.
Evidence boundary
This page combines the recorded bottle identity with linked source records. An exact region-name match supplies regional context but does not prove that this bottle carries the protected designation. A vineyard is only shown as bottle-level evidence when a wine-to-vineyard link exists. BottlePicker does not infer a vineyard, soil or site climate from a retailer title.
