Source-supplied bottle description

Retained as supporting identification copy; the structured facts and evidence links above are kept separate.

This elegant Penedès Chardonnay is a fresh and vibrant white wine, showcasing the pure fruit expression of the Chardonnay grape with subtle Mediterranean character. Certified vegan and beautifully balanced, it offers tropical fruit aromas complemented by herbaceous and creamy nuances.

Vineyard & Terroir

The grapes are carefully selected from vineyards in the Penedès region, benefiting from warm, dry Mediterranean conditions and stony soils that help produce concentrated, aromatic fruit.

Winemaking

& Ageing Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks under controlled temperatures, lasting approximately 15 days. The wine then ages on its lees for three months, adding texture and enhancing aromatic complexity, before bottling to preserve freshness and purity.

Tasting Notes

Brilliant gold in colour, the wine opens with aromas of tropical fruits, particularly passionfruit, with elegant fennel hints and a creamy undertone. The palate is rich and flavourful, with intensity, balanced acidity, and a long, fruity finish.

Food Pairing

Serve chilled at 12°C. Perfect with oily fish such as salmon, seafood paellas, grilled turkey or chicken, creamy pasta dishes, and salads or vegetable dishes featuring peach, mango, or nuts. Technical Information Grape Variety: Chardonnay

Evidence boundary

This page combines the recorded bottle identity with linked source records. An exact region-name match supplies regional context but does not prove that this bottle carries the protected designation. A vineyard is only shown as bottle-level evidence when a wine-to-vineyard link exists. BottlePicker does not infer a vineyard, soil or site climate from a retailer title.
