Levii's Trento DOC Brut is a 100% Chardonnay sparkling wine produced using the traditional method of secondary fermentation in the bottle, with ageing on the lees for at least 24 months. Sourced from the steep slopes of Bleggio and Stenico in the Giudicarie, at the foot of the Brenta Dolomites, this cuvée stands out for its remarkable freshness and balance. Opening with notes of bread crust and yeast, followed by intense aromas of flowers and aromatic herbs, along with fresh, citrusy nuances (grapefruit and green apple), the nose evolves towards subtle notes of pastries and brioche. Well-balanced on the palate, the wine is fresh and flavourful, highlighting this aromatic complexity in a full-bodied and lively mouthfeel, carried by a fine, generous perlage with excellent length. In short, a sparkling wine of quality and character.
Evidence boundary
This page combines the recorded bottle identity with linked source records. An exact region-name match supplies regional context but does not prove that this bottle carries the protected designation. A vineyard is only shown as bottle-level evidence when a wine-to-vineyard link exists. BottlePicker does not infer a vineyard, soil or site climate from a retailer title.
