The prestigious Raúl Pérez winery offers this unique white wine, made using a method similar to that for red wines, in contact with the skins and stalks. Vinification takes place in large open vats with no temperature control, allowing a thin layer of yeast to form spontaneously on the surface of the liquid. This is an elegant, complex cuvée that brings out multiple aromatic nuances. Its limited production makes it a rarity!
