Meet the Producer

Bodegas Mano a Mano manages 330 hectares of vineyards, including 300ha at Finca La Dehesa in Alhambra and 30ha at Finca Sierra de… Their meticulous approach focuses on old vines, low yields, and terroir-driven wines that express the best of Castilla-La Mancha.

Production

Gobelet-trained Tempranillo vines, aged 60–100 years, grow on sandy soils at 750 metres above sea level, producing small yields of 1–1.5 kg per vine. Grapes are fermented in stainless steel at 28°C, followed by 12 months’ ageing in French oak barriques to develop richness, structure, and depth.

Tasting Notes

Evidence boundary

This page combines the recorded bottle identity with linked source records. An exact region-name match supplies regional context but does not prove that this bottle carries the protected designation. A vineyard is only shown as bottle-level evidence when a wine-to-vineyard link exists. BottlePicker does not infer a vineyard, soil or site climate from a retailer title.
