Source-supplied bottle description
Retained as supporting identification copy; the structured facts and evidence links above are kept separate.
A beautifully expressive sparkling rosé with a delicate rose-petal hue and vibrant red fruit aromas. The palate bursts with flavours of strawberry and raspberry, finishing long and fresh. Crafted from 100% Pinot Noir, with 25% still red wine blended in before the secondary fermentation, this cuvée is aged for 24 months in the cellar before disgorgement, allowing those pure, juicy berry notes to shine through with exceptional clarity and balance. The Joly family has been growing vines in the heart of Champagne for over a century. In the early 1970s, Georges Joly and his sons founded the Veuve Doussot brand in honour of Georges’ grandmother. Today, siblings Stéphan and Sylvie Joly proudly carry on the family’s legacy, upholding the high standards of craftsmanship and quality established by their grandfather, father, and uncles.
Evidence boundary
This page combines the recorded bottle identity with linked source records. An exact region-name match supplies regional context but does not prove that this bottle carries the protected designation. A vineyard is only shown as bottle-level evidence when a wine-to-vineyard link exists. BottlePicker does not infer a vineyard, soil or site climate from a retailer title.
