Vicoletto is a certified organic Orange Wine from Cantine Rallo, a family estate producing expressive wines from the elevated, sandy hills of Alcamo in western Sicily. With over 300 years of viticultural tradition, Rallo's Vicoletto project highlights the elegance and personality of Catarratto grown at altitude, where cooler temperatures and pronounced diurnal shifts preserve freshness, vibrancy and aromatic purity. Bottled unfiltered, unfined and without added sulphur.
Why You'll Love It
This is Italian White Wine at its most characterful. The combination of indigenous yeast fermentation, partial skin contact and minimal intervention produces a wine of real personality and depth, with the kind of textured freshness and Mediterranean lift that makes it endlessly food-friendly. Organic, natural and genuinely distinctive. Vineyard and Production. Vines are sustainably and organically farmed in Alcamo, hand-harvested in the early morning to capture delicate aromas and maintain natural freshness. Grapes are gently pressed, with 90% fermented off skins in stainless steel and 10% undergoing 12 days of skin-contact fermentation, both using indigenous yeasts. After fermentation, the skin-contact fraction is blended back and the wine is bottled unfiltered, unfined and without stabilisation or added sulphur.

Evidence boundary
This page combines the recorded bottle identity with linked source records. An exact region-name match supplies regional context but does not prove that this bottle carries the protected designation. A vineyard is only shown as bottle-level evidence when a wine-to-vineyard link exists. BottlePicker does not infer a vineyard, soil or site climate from a retailer title.
