This cuvée is the story of several passionate winegrowers who have come together to create a wine that showcases their terroir and the unique landscapes of Salagou, which are still too little known but will certainly become unmissable in the years to come. The vines, aged between 20 and 40 years old, are planted on these very special red soils. The warm climate, counterbalanced by cool nights, allows the grapes to ripen slowly and evenly. Fermentation takes place at low temperatures, preserving all the aromatic purity of the fruit. On the nose, there are notes of white flowers, exotic fruits and citrus. The palate is fresh and taut, with a salty finish reminiscent of the minerality of the terroir.
Evidence boundary
This page combines the recorded bottle identity with linked source records. An exact region-name match supplies regional context but does not prove that this bottle carries the protected designation. A vineyard is only shown as bottle-level evidence when a wine-to-vineyard link exists. BottlePicker does not infer a vineyard, soil or site climate from a retailer title.
