It is aged for 10 months in the same oak, resulting in a wine that boasts a pale straw hue with hints of green. The wine's finesse is attributed to the rocky, well-drained soils and a temperate summer season punctuated by rain, which ensured the vines' optimal health and gradual maturation. Vegan-Friendly The 2023 Chardonnay Zingaretti Estate hails from Villa Bastías in the Uco Valley, with 25% aged for ten months. The aromas feature lime, honey, wild herbs, hazelnuts, white fruits, ginger and a touch of wood. It presents a fine and creamy character with elevated freshness. Compared to previous vintages, it appears less complete but still complex due to the warm year. This is a well-crafted white wine. Sourced from 40-year-old vines in Villa Bastías, the 2023 Zingaretti Estate Chardonnay fermented in French oak foudre and matured for 10 months in 25% new wood. It opens with the most transparent and multifaceted bouquet of the Viña Cobos Chardonnays, melding honeyed orchard fruits, chalk dust, citrus peels and hazelnut aromas with increasing intensity. The palate follows with an understated profile that combines tensile energy with rich, textural breadth, concluding with a creamy, resonant finish propelled by vibrant acidity.
