This barrel-fermented white wine from Viña Real is made from grape must fermented in Hungarian barrels of different sizes and ages, where the wine has been aged on lees with batonnage for 5 months. It has a very integrated oak, and offers us a nice freshness supported by notes of intense citrus fruits and white fruits, apples, bananas and light spices. It is slightly balsamic, light and neat. It is the kind of simple, well-crafted wine that is appreciated as well in its youth as in a few years. It is the ideal ally of white meats, fish or even dishes based on fresh pasta and seafood.
