Source-supplied bottle description

This wine is dominated by 90% Viura and is completed by 10% Malvasia. It is aged for 6 years in the barrel and then 5 in the tank. Here is one of the finest whites in the world by far! Amber coloured, the nose fascinates with candied yellow fruit such as peach and quince. The floral profile appears very quickly after a few minutes of opening with a touch of wax and dried grass. The rich, complex palate envelopes with its texture. The finish is surprising, with aromas that persist for several minutes on the palate ... This wine is limited to one bottle per person.
Evidence boundary
This page combines the recorded bottle identity with linked source records. An exact region-name match supplies regional context but does not prove that this bottle carries the protected designation. A vineyard is only shown as bottle-level evidence when a wine-to-vineyard link exists. BottlePicker does not infer a vineyard, soil or site climate from a retailer title.
