Source-supplied bottle description

(from a .60 ha parcel). A beautifully perfumed nose features notes of spice, lavender, earth and cassis, all of which are trimmed in just enough wood to notice. There is lovely richness to the rich and generously proportioned yet quite sleek flavors that brim with both plenty of extract but also the hallmark minerality of a classic Caillerets. There is good power as well as fine detail on the notably firm and slightly austere but impeccably well-balanced, focused and lingering finish. In a word, terrific.

Evidence boundary

This page combines the recorded bottle identity with linked source records. An exact region-name match supplies regional context but does not prove that this bottle carries the protected designation. A vineyard is only shown as bottle-level evidence when a wine-to-vineyard link exists. BottlePicker does not infer a vineyard, soil or site climate from a retailer title.
