Source-supplied bottle description

Weingut Stadlmann Grüner Veltliner 2022 is a clean, mineral-driven take on Austria’s classic grape, shaped by the limestone soils of the Thermenregion rather than the richer loess soils found elsewhere. In the glass, bright and focused - green apple, citrus and a touch of melon, with that signature Grüner hint of white pepper. There’s a lightly chalky, almost salty edge running through it, giving the wine a more restrained, precise feel than many fuller styles. The palate is crisp and high in acidity, finishing fresh, zesty and very drinkable. Fermentation is done with minimal intervention, and the wine is bottled young to preserve its freshness and purity. Overall, it’s a classic, no-frills Grüner that's bright, mineral and easy to pair, especially with fish, salads or lighter dishes.
Evidence boundary
This page combines the recorded bottle identity with linked source records. An exact region-name match supplies regional context but does not prove that this bottle carries the protected designation. A vineyard is only shown as bottle-level evidence when a wine-to-vineyard link exists. BottlePicker does not infer a vineyard, soil or site climate from a retailer title.
