The Pegaso Zeta 2023 was produced with old Garnacha (Grenache) vines on granite and schist soils from a healthy vintage that was harvested early. It fermented with indigenous yeasts in oak and stainless steel vats and amphorae, and matured in a combination of 500- and 600-litre barrels, amphorae and stainless steel vats for 12 months. This is a very harmonious, expressive vintage with bright red fruit and a hint of herbaceousness. The palate is consistent, rich but fresh, with spicy flavours and abundant, fine tannins.
