Source-supplied bottle description

Run by Olivier Humbrecht, the estate is renowned for its high-quality wines, many of which are organic or biodynamic. Vinified in large traditional oak tuns, the wine remains on its lees until bottling. Expressive and floral, with notes of fresh fruit, the cuvée has hints of citrus, but also more complex aromas of white flowers, honey and dried fruit. Maturing gives it toasty, stony and nutty flavours. The balance between acidity, roundness and richness is remarkable. It is already very pleasant to drink young, but it also has ageing potential, which will enable it to improve over the years.

Evidence boundary

This page combines the recorded bottle identity with linked source records. An exact region-name match supplies regional context but does not prove that this bottle carries the protected designation. A vineyard is only shown as bottle-level evidence when a wine-to-vineyard link exists. BottlePicker does not infer a vineyard, soil or site climate from a retailer title.
