Production Only the finest, fully ripe cherries are selected and fermented before undergoing a meticulous double distillation in copper pot stills. The distillate is then slowly matured in stainless steel tanks to preserve its aromatic purity. No added sugar or colouring is used, allowing the true fruit character to shine. Tasting notes Crystal clear in appearance, this Kirsch reveals an intense nose of fresh cherry, almond, and subtle floral notes.
