Meet the producer Founded in 1904 in Marlenheim, Arthur Metz is a historic Alsace producer known for both its still and sparkling wines, combining time-honoured winemaking techniques with modern precision to create wines of clarity, finesse, and typicity. Production Grapes are carefully selected from top Alsace vineyards and gently pressed. The base wine undergoes a secondary fermentation in bottle according to the traditional method, followed by aging on lees to develop complexity and texture. The wine is then disgorged and lightly dosed to create a balanced, brut finish. Tasting notes Pale golden in colour with fine, persistent bubbles. The nose shows aromas of green apple, white flowers, and subtle citrus zest. On the palate, it is crisp and refreshing, with vibrant acidity, a creamy texture, and a long, elegant finish.
