Boccantino Fiano Appassito is a refined and aromatic white wine from the sun-drenched vineyards of Salento in Puglia , southern Italy . Made using the traditional appassimento method, where a portion of the harvest is partially dried to concentrate sugars and intensify flavour, this is a wine of real aromatic depth and elegance.
